At FridgeCo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or modified after delivery

  • Custom or personalized items

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@fridgeco.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank or credit card statement again.

  • Then, contact your bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@fridgeco.com.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@fridgeco.com with photos and a description of the issue.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of the damage

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you
